Battle mob

Basically a combination of a dog and a horse that can be ridden like a horse but can also attack things like a dog. Obviously it should be tamable but one other thing is the ability to give it armor like dog armor in 1.21. The purpose for such a mob is more for multiplayer servers and for battling against raids because you can tame many at once and raise an army against an opposing force. This could also work in a combat update which is part of 1.21. Either way, as far fetched but it would be a fantastic idea
