Reintroduce combat snapshots for trial chambers

Back in 2019 and 2020 we saw new combat update snapshot that came out with many improvements with the combat side of Minecraft. With weapon tuning, potion and projectile buffs, and enchantment tunings. With the trial chambers being the current main topic of 1.21, this would be the perfect update to reintroduce these features and tweak them more.

    i would love this, but Mojang doesnt want to work anymore, they are lazy .
