Petal Breeze and the Fountain

Not the Breeze mob, but, as shown in the Minecraft Live trailer, a breeze of petals running through the overworld. Mabey it doesn't pick up mobs, but it would be beautiful in the Minecraft world. These breezes could blow for miles, leading to lost treasures or a new structure, the Fountain. The Fountain gives out useful potions and riches to each player, such as gold, diamonds and emeralds. However, to make the petal breeze challenging, it could take over control if you get to close and change your orientation. If you're chasing it with an elytra, the wings could be damaged, and it often flows into forests and comes out another direction, making it difficult to follow. The petal breeze may also not always lead to such great rewards, like trial chambers or a pillager outpost.

To stop the petal breeze being impossible to chase down, make these new Cherry Petals spawn on water, pointing in the direction of the Breeze. After the player runs that way, a petal breeze will appear and start taking its twisty path through the overworld.
