Nether Portal Sound Fade

If you walk through a nether portal without going to the nether, the game plays the entire sound clip. My feedback suggestion is that if you simply walk through the portal (through to the other side), the sound volume gradually reduces so you don't have to hear the entire sound clip. Only when you stay IN the portal to go to the nether does it play the entire sound clip.
