Items that disable and enable Crafter slots

I think there should be two items, one which disables slots in Crafters, and one which enables them, when fed into it. How it would work is when the slot disabler is fed into the Crafter using a Hopper, instead of going into the next open slot like other items, it disables the next open slot. When the slot enabler is fed into the Crafter the same way, it enables the next disabled slot. This would be very useful for numerous different contraptions.

    I think it'd be nice to use written books as that item, mostly because they're never used in crafting recipes and are able to be created and duplicated in survival. this would also integrate really well with item sorters.
