Breeze powder and breeze dust

I think a Breeze powder should work as a sort of "Blue Redstone" 

Like if Restone was slime then Breeze powder would be honey.

It would the same as Restone but it wouldnt connect.

    Tbh It doesn’t seem like there’s a point if it is exactly like Redstone, now if it had special properties or uses I could see it but not as just a color variant to Redstone.
