How can we improve the existing moving creatures of Minecraft? Show us your coolest fantasy creatures. You could add wither worshippers in game similar to the pillagers. Or perhaps a wither temple like the churches in villages. Then have some sort of way to teleport or go to the wither plane like the Nether. In this realm there would be not only withers but maybe a stronger version of withers. A Wither King. A monster so strong it might take a group of players to kill. Use your imagination. Just a thought.
