Repeat Command on Chat Through Keyboard Arrows

Some time ago,you could copy commands or texts typed previously on the chat using the keyboard arrows.Since the last update, or even before (I'm not quite sure), when I use the Up Arrow Key it just opens the Xbox digital keyboard, the one you use with the controller.
