About Vanilla Cape

I purchased the Bedrock version on mobile in March 2020 on the Google Store before the dual-version giveaway event, and I have the Java version. Why can’t I receive the vanilla cloak? I think this is also part of the Bedrock version, also belongs to my love for the game Minecraft, and I really like vanilla cloaks. Can you send one to my account? Please. My Google account and Microsoft account are the same.
