New redstone block : The Copper Shouter

Craft :
1 jukebox - 5 copper ingot - 2 redstone dust and any goat horn. 

Functionality :
When powered, it increases the sounds it hears within a 2 block radius depending on it’s oxidation level.

Texture : 
It should have a face like the dispenser/observer that when unpowered is like ´ •—• ‘ and when powered is like ‘ •O• ‘ (as if it was shouting)

Special interaction : 

If a creeper is within range of a speaker that increases a cat noise, it will flee (same for skeletons/wolf or villager/zombie)

  Honestly, this kinda sounds like it would actually fit in vanilla minecraft.
