1.21 "The Collector Update" (Title/Topic Idea)

I have a few fresh ideas that you could use for Minecraft 1.21 since the Mob Vote has just taken place, such as: 

Mob Holders: You can store your pets, sniffers, horses, rare mobs, villagers, you name it!! It would be a great improvement, since after you hatch a sniffer, you have to leave it behind soon enough, since you can't bring it up or across a GIANT CLIFF, which would really suck, concerning to rarity of the sniffer.

Backpacks: You could put it in your chestplate slot, just like the elytra, it is a HUGE bonus, but takes away armor.

Camera: This is more of a thing that is NOT fully necessary, but would be cool for the builders, since they can take pictures of their build and showcase it in a museum.

Disguise enchantment: It would be a cool enchantment, to where you can choose which mob each armor piece would disguise you from.

Also something that would get you more players is if you equalize the features of Java to Bedrock and Pocket, such as subtitles, menu pausing, Java commands, offhand items, debug stick, copy and paste, version switching, hardcore mode, and so much more.
