Monsters under the bed

My idea would work like this: As beds basically just skip the hard part of the game for free, I would make it so if you sleep too often, your screen slowly darkens as you approach the bed you sleep in too much, and after you sleep in it again, eyes appear under the bed, and if you sleep again, you begin to take damage near the bed. At this point, it could also spawn a boss called the Boogey Man or something like that. It’s basically like a reverse phantom to add more atmosphere and balance to beds.

    No need for punishing players, if one does or doesn't want to skip surviving the night, that's their choice.

    No. That would make the game way too hard. Just getting to your bed can be hard if you're trying to make it back to your house before nightfall.
