Copper grates as spawnable blocks

I think copper grates should still be translucent to light but ALSO act as a solid block that is spawnable for mobs. Otherwise they essentially act the exact same as tree leaves. This would add a very usable block for mob farms and adds something that doesn't presently exist in the game that builders could play around with in their builds.
