Nylum Variants should use original netherrack texture with Programers art

As know, Nylium variants utilize the netherrack texture as a base, however when the programmers art resource pack is used, nylium still uses the updated texture for netherrack. It should be changed to use the old netherrack texture to keep better consistency with the look of the pack and serve as qol feature.
