In the snapshot, 23w43b copper doors and trapdoors work exactly the same as wooden variants. This is disappointing and doesn't make much sense considering how copper bulbs work. I think redstone pulses should toggle the state of the door. (Example) you would press a button and the door opens press it again and it closes. To make it more useful and unique, when the door is powered it is stuck in its state and cannot be interacted with clicking. (Example) flick a lever and the door will toggle its state and cannot be interacted with by right-clicking, flick it again and the door will be unlocked. This would be very useful for map making. so you can make a door that can only open once a command detects a key item in a player's inventory. It would be a very interesting block to work with.
