Ice Palace!

I would like to see something of interest added to the ice biomes, and sculptures in the snow biomes.  One is an Ice Palace!  A large, upwards towering structure, with hostile mobs inside, and new crystals, and of course, some kind of treasure.

I would also like to add snowy owls, walruses, and arctic plants (decorative).

Snowy owls can be tamed, and will attack hostile mobs that attack the player. Eats small prey.

Walruses will attack if you attack them.
