Copper plate (1.21)

Over time, the plate will oxidize, so when pressed it will be pressed slower and give a redstone signal slower, accordingly

  Maybe the signal strength will slowly get stronger the longer the plate is being pressed.

  Or maybe the pressure plate would stay powered for longer when you step off it
