When it is snowing in a cold biome in Bedrock Edition, the snow appears to fall in a much more animated and wavy pattern that it does on Java Edition. I think that this makes cold biomes feel much more immersive in Bedrock Edition, and therefore that this effect should replace the current snowing effect in Java Edition.
