Copper Grates should be Waterloggable!

When playing around with the new copper blocks in the latest snapshot (23w43a), it kind of dissapointed me that copper grates weren't waterloggable, especially because similarly hollow blocks like leaves and fences are.
All in all, it's not too big of a deal, but I thought it would be a nice touch to give the grates more functional use too. Otherwise, the update is looking great!

  You can now waterlog them in both Java and Bedrock! Looks like the suggestion got accepted!

  • Update: It is now possible to waterlog them in Release Versions of Bedrock.
