New Mobs for the End Dimension

I really think that the End could use some more mobs, I love the addition of the islands and cities but the only mobs are endermen mostly, then there's shulkers as well but they're pretty uncommon since they can only spawn in the cities. I think that even one mob could really add a great new look and vibe to the End. It could be a new hostile mob or even a new passive mob! I'm just pulling strings here but what if it was something silly like an ender cow? Anything would be a great addition but I understand that with the End getting an update not too long ago we'll most likely not see any changes for quite some time but it'd be amazing nonetheless!
