Add Crafter block features to improve the Hopper

The crafter block is the good way to craft anything automatically. One feature that I love is the possibility to block some slots to make more specific items.

My idea is simple, The hopper may be the same thing. We can block any slot to increase the flow (Like minecart hopper). More I block slots, more the flow increase. We may have a button to block just one item.

These features we allow us to make items sorter more easier.

    This would prevent us from always having to use "filter" items that have a changed name to block the slots we don't need.
