New Realm Moderation

I was thinking about giving either a new role in realms or to update operators to be able to swich between existing worlds within the realm. It would be nice as I'm not around aol the time to help moderate my realm.

    This would help a lot as I am an operator on a friends realm and my friend is very busy. This would give the other operators and myself a chance to help prune the world as well as make sure everything is running smoothly when said friend is unable to do it at the time.
