[Bedrock] Remove the animations for opening a menu in bedrock edition

When ever a menu is opened in bedrock edition (eg. chest, furnace, pause screen, chat, inventory, etc.) there is a short animation of the UI sliding up from the bottom of the screen. During that time the UI can not be interacted with. This makes these kinds of common interactions feel clunky and needlessly time consuming, and is one (of the many) reasons I play java edition. Removing these animations and having all menus appear instantly would make things feel a lot more responsive and snappy overall improving user experiences, especially with how often these kinds of menus are opened.. I honestly think this would be one of the easier things to change.
