Elytra design should be affected by capes, even when cape is turned off

I would love to see my Elytra being affected by my equipped cape even when I have the cape turned off in the skin settings.

The reason is simple: I like the Elytra design, but I don't like having a cape on my back when I don't have Elytra equipped. 

Currently I need to manually turn on the cape when I equip an Elytra to have the design, but then turn it off when I equip a chestplate or unequipo the chest slot if I don't want a cape covering my armor trim or skin.

They should be a separate setting: Elytra design and cape should be toggable and independent from each other, since the skin itself in the launcher has the Cape equipped it should affect the Elytra design regardless of the ingame skin settings.

If I don't want an Elytra design or a cape design I would unequip it in the Launcher.
