fishermen are boring

Hello, gentlemen, I'm a guy who enjoys building in Minecraft, and one of the coolest blocks for decoration, in my opinion, is the barrel. However, I find it very annoying to place several barrels in my village, only to have it filled with fishermen. What I propose is that renamed blocks on the anvil no longer assign professions to the villagers. It would be very useful.
