Mason villagers should sell polished blackstones instead of quartz pillars.

Masons sell quartz blocks, so there is no point in selling quartz pillars.

Blackstone was not implemented when villager trading was overhauled in version 1.14, but it is a crafted building block and is suitable for masons to sell.
