Cape Transferring

I think Bedrock users should be able to transfer their caps to java and java transfers theirs to bedrock, mainly from bedrock to java though. I have a lot of capes on bedrock I would like to use on java.

    I think players should just receive the official capes they have on bedrock in java as well. And the other way around.

    Dude, your so right! I spent 1 hour figuring out cape trancfers, all to see my hard work lost!
