Allay Duplicates Item

I was confused with the Allay Mob Vote because I thought the Allay would 'find' an item (i.e.; duplicate it) and give it to the player, instead of just picking up that same item on the ground.  I think that idea could still work, but extend the time for an Allay to 'find' an item.

For example, if it has a stick, it takes a minute to find and give it to you.  If it has a diamond, it takes 10 minutes, and so on, just so it isn't overpowered or broken.
