Changing the time for Minecraft live

Personally, as a Chinese player of the official Minecraft version instead of the Chinese “net ease ” version, i have always enjoyed the gameplay experience of the original version. The thing is, as a Chinese, it would be midnight(one o’clock in the morning) when the Minecraft live takes place. I would like to know if Minecraft live could be broadcasted at a different time for different time zones.(also Australian) also, i would like to know if the Minecraft live could be broadcasted to other platforms like the Chinese video platform” bilibili” as domestic Chinese people can not get access to YouTube (or twitter or facebook) Thank you!
