New mob: The Bluster

The Bluster is a flying mob that spawns in the middle of oceans during thunderstorms (thunder and rain). Don’t worry they are actually pretty easy to defeat. They affect you with levitation for about 5 seconds. When you’re on land they will strike you with lightning. Their appearance looks somewhat like a tornado with a creeper face. They make wind sounds and can be killed in 2 hits by a Netherite sword. They can spawn during the day when it is thunder storming but it’s a 25.1% chance they will.
