We deserve better

Hi Mojang Devs, I gently want to tell you guys that we as a fanbase deserve better. The game itself has a lot of optimization problems, for both java and bedrock editions, and you guys do nothing but add just one mob per year with that Mob Vote thing, why can't you guys add all three mobs at once? Why only one? Why the Mob Vote? That's the reason why people call you "Lazy devs that can't work 15 minutes per year" and all the toxicity is present. So I gently want to ask you guys about an Optimization Uptade, come on! You guys have Microsoft on your side and have a lot of budget, so why not doing it? It would actually do something good for the game. That's all I have to say, I'll be waiting for your answer.
