Make bees pollinate more with Torchflowers and Pitcher Plants

This would make Sniffers have a small gameplay benefit in addition to their strong aesthetic appeal.

There are a few ways this could work (alternatively, a combination of these could be used):

• The chance of a bee pollinating a plant is greater when pollen is from a pitcher plant/torchflower
• Bees collect pollen in less than 30 seconds with pitcher plants/torchflowers
• Bees can fertilize plants more than 10 times when pollen is from a pitcher plant/torchflower
• It takes less than 2 minutes for bees to make honey when pollin is from a pitcher plant/torchflower

This could even be different for each of the two. For example, torchflowers could have a higher fertilization rate, while pitcher plants could lead to faster honey production.
