scoreboard command

would like to see these additions to the scoreboard
1. the ability to move the scoreboard around ur screen client side. so if a server owner adds a scoreboard u can either minimize it on ur end or move it around ur screen by opening chat and dragging it around with ur mouse
2. would like to see a way to use the scoreboard command to keep track of more things specifically the amount of attempts to get a blue axolotl. could literally just count how many times 2 axolotls were bred by 1 player and I'd be ok with that
