Windows Bedrock Monitor Selection Menu

A monitor selection menu would allow players using multi-monitor gaming setups to skip switching out of "fullscreen mode" into "windowed" mode (or using the Win + Shift + Arrows) to change monitors. By default, Minecraft launches on the main display; this setting would allow players to select their preferred monitor.

    It does not start on main display. It "knows" better on which one to start.
    Main is 2k other is 4K. It always launches on 4K.
    This option is a must be.
