Windows Bedrock Executive Fullscreen Mode

Executive Fullscreen mode allows players to have overlays (e.g., PiP video/movie playback). It is a popular setting as a middle ground between "windowed" and "fullscreen." In the current fullscreen setting, players can still open containers/inventory and click through to other tabs; executive fullscreen adds another layer of passthrough for multimonitor gaming setups.
