MORE COLORS FOR TEAMS IN MINECRAFT

I am current making a Monopoly board in Java. I see that there is HEX support for colors in text. However, when it comes to the teams, I am limited to just 16 colors, which is ludicrous since most people would want to have more options in the coloring. Hence, I propose that outside of the 16, we can input either an integer or HEX code for colors outside of the 16.
