Add more controller bindable actions.

More bindable action for controller is needed. For example, the ability to bind hotbar slots with combinations of controller buttons. For example, let's say I want to bind the 7th hotbar slot to LB and Button X. Controller is underestimated for what it is capable of. For a sandbox game, there is only the bare minimum settings for keybinding.
