"A Pirate's Life for Me" Music Disc and Pirate Talk Parity

Shipwreck chests would have a chance of spawning with a new music disc that would play the song "A Pirate's Life for Me" on instruments like the accordion, harpsichord, melodica, and some strings (violins, violas and celli). Wouldn't have to be long and complicated, but it would be a fun addition.

Also, Bedrock edition needs to have the "pirate speak" language option that Java edition has.
