Fixing Villagers While keeping the new general Idea

Main Idea: villagers could be specific when bred in biomes (Minecraft's already doing that) and starting off first spawned villagers could include every trade called something like "veteran villagers".

Explanation and why:

I like the Idea of having every village born from a biome give specific trades. It helps with adventure, and limits the annoyance of trading over and over again for 1 out of the 40 enchantment books, but is still very annoying for early game. No one has time to go to specific biomes with no elytra and no enchanted armor, what if that the first spawned villagers at the villages are the ones that can trade all enchantments! They would have an indicator like a badge, maybe calling them to Senior villagers, or veteran villagers for them being the first in there village, so exploring will still happen. Villagers could be specific when bred in biomes and starting villagers could include every trade called veteran villagers.
