Add tpfar

"tpfar": Allows entities to move freely without being limited by unloaded chunks. For example, if you place an armor_stand at coordinates 2000 ~ 2000, you could use the command /tpfar @e[type=armor_stand] @s to successfully teleport the armor_stand to your location, even if it's very far away.
