Imps: Mischievous little Monsters

Near witches huts, imps would climb out of the ground in the night. These imps would bury themselves back into the ground at sunrise. They’d be passive until damaged, when they’d attack. Some imps would be able to be found riding horses. In the Nether Wastelands, Warped Forests, Basalt Delta and Crimson Forest, imps could also be found. Nether Imps could be caught riding striders, hoglins and even ghasts. To keep an imp, you could feed one a golden carrot and won’t bury themselves, even during the day. Imps would collect certain items during the night, and leave them in a chest. These items include gunpowder, iron ingots, poisonous potatoes, arrows, copper and saddles. And name an imp “Lincoln” and it will turn into stone based on the Legend of the Lincoln Imp, that goes,

“For the tiniest angel, with amethyst eyes, And hair spun like gold, 'fore the alter did rise, Pronouncing these words in a dignified tone "O impious imp, be ye turned to stone!"
