I want to see the Wandering Trader sell you Diamonds for Emerald Blocks. I'd like it so that the Player has an extra source of Diamonds, and it would keep Superflat as a hard, but possible challenge.
The Wandering Trader could also, rarely, sell books like Mending for 4 Emerald Blocks. I think both make sense in the world of Minecraft. The Trader has travelled far and wide, and spawns anywhere. They likely found these elusive Swamp Villages, and they keep Diamonds for their high demand and return.
Maybe these Trades can both be as low as 1%-2%, to keep Players on the lookout for any and all Traders. I think it would help to balance against the changes to general Villager Trading.
