Regarding WiFi issues within the launcher

I should not have to access the internet to play minecraft, the initial purchase for minecraft was that I could play on it while away from home, and I do not mind requiring a internet connection to play the latest version, but I used to be able to play 1.12.2 without needing internet and now I require it for a singleplayer experience. Please remove this feature ASAP.
