Ender Pearl gamerule

You know how there are games (like Tango's among us game in HermitCraft season 7) that require the pearl to disappear upon a player's death? With the new gamemode, in survival this can't be changed without cheats! My suggestion is to add a new item: the Permanent Pearl, made with an ender pearl and maybe redstone? I'm open to ideas for recipes regarding this matter. I just wanted to expose my idea to the world and make Minecraft an even better game.
