trades of higher level villagers visible

Make all villager trades visible even if you haven't leveled up, so as to convince the player to trade more and level up the villager

    maybe just the next level would be better. I think that's how it works in bedrock so it would be parity too.

    They should do it to all versions of Minecraft in bedrock you can see the next one after it but you should be able to see all the trades so you know if you want the villager or not making it a little bit easyer rather than harder like with the villagers locked biome trades
