Add a Text-To-Speech Keyboard Shortcut for Signs

For blind users, users with impaired vision, and users with Dyslexia, among others, I think it would be great if there was a specific keyboard shortcut that was added that would use the same Text-To-Speech as the narrator to read the text on the currently selected sign.
