Make Allay look for dropped xp points (with bottle o' enchanting)

When I started getting comfortable with how the allay works the next thing I tried is give it a bottle o' enchanting to see if it will pick up xp points. I mean it made perfect sense in my head when I did it. Imagine my disappointment when nothing happend. Please make this possible.
