When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).
A redstone cannon would be like a dispenser, but if you pressed the interact button while looking at it, you would be moved directly behind the cannon. Then you can aim by looking around, and if you press interact again, it will fire!
You can also put things in it if you sneak and interact with it, assuming you aren't holding a block.
It can also be put on minecarts and boats.
