Redstone parity

It is highly recommended to offer players the option to select between java and bedrock redstone when they create a new world. By doing so, the two player bases can work together more collaboratively, and redstone parity can be achieved without impacting any pre-existing builds. Once the preference is chosen, it cannot be altered. This solution is paramount for the community's advancement and prosperity.

    This would be nice, or just some particles showing how redstone works. (e.g. which blocks are powered at what strength and how ajacent blocks affect everything.)
