    while it would make sense to add them, there is the question of what they would do. I would suggest quest givers for information, on aspects of the game and even structures players can build that serve a purpose, or explain things like enchanting or potions in the game. This would make them distinct from villagers and piggins who are used for goods trades and seem to have limited building skills. Quests would be to find specific items and their quantity for information. Like blaze powder to gain a book on brewing or a collection of ingredients for potions or stews. Trading items for maps to ancient cities, or rough locations of strongholds. 

    They also would need a more complicated breeding system if they had one at all, instead, players would have to de-zombify for accessing their knowledge. with the chance that if turned back into a zombie they become necromancers and summon in more skeletons and powered up zombies. (A mini-boss).
